CRM & Revenue Operations
The Challenge
Marketing, Booking, Intake, Client Services, and executive leadership were using different processes and systems to manage lead data, lifecycle stages, follow-up, attribution, and reporting. The organization needed one CRM structure that could support those functions consistently.
What I Did
- Architected and implemented HubSpot around the firm's actual prospective-client journey.
- Standardized lifecycle stages, properties, lead-management processes, attribution logic, governance, and reporting.
- Built more than 100 HubSpot workflows and 15 Zapier automations to support follow-up, routing, data consistency, and handoffs.
- Connected CRM data with marketing and call-tracking systems to improve visibility into source performance, conversion, response times, and acquisition outcomes.
- Built executive reporting for marketing and client-acquisition performance.
Business Impact
The CRM supports 55K+ contacts and approximately 40 users, with 100+ HubSpot workflows and 15 Zapier automations.
Marketing, Booking, Intake, Client Services, and executive leadership now work from a shared lifecycle and reporting structure.
My Role
I led the CRM architecture, implementation, governance, automation strategy, reporting framework, and adoption. I translated existing operating processes into the system and continue to administer the platform.
